Housed in the Employers of the Mexican Republic (COPARMEX) Confederation, the Commission of Business Women implements programs that spur the development of female-run businesses, focusing in particular on social development issues, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable development. More specifically, the Commission encourages training for female entrepreneurs and the development of networks to provide a forum for communication and support. Additionally, it focuses on growing women-owned businesses by increasing productivity, quality, and competitiveness. Finally, it partners with other commissions, such as the Commission of Women Entrepreneurs and COPARMEX NAVOJOA.
